General terms and conditions
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the box below, you will find the amount of the fees charged in the event of cancellation.<\/p>\n

A link allowing you to cancel your reservation will appear on your confirmation e-mail. You can also cancel a reservation online by returning to the “Online Reservation” page at any time and clicking on the “Cancel Reservation” link. Then follow the instructions on your screen.
If your reservation includes a booking fee, please note that this is non-refundable.
It is advisable to cancel as soon as possible once the cause for cancellation has occurred.<\/p>\n

Cancellation fees<\/p>\n

In the event of cancellation, if you have paid all or part of the booking online, this amount will be refunded after deduction of the cancellation charges defined below.
Level of cancellation charges by type for this date :<\/p>\n

Free cancellation if cancelled up to 31 days prior to arrival. If cancelled 30 days prior to arrival, 25% of the reservation is charged. If cancelled 20 days before arrival, 50% of the reservation is charged. If cancelled 7 days prior to arrival, 75% of the reservation is charged. If cancelled 3 days prior to arrival, 90% of the reservation will be charged. In case of no-show, 100% of the reservation will be charged. Promotional offers are not eligible for any refund.<\/p>\n

There is no right of withdrawal for leisure services on a specific date.<\/p>\n

TAXES
Prices include VAT. Tourist tax, governmental or local taxes may be charged in addition.<\/p>\n

TIME OF ARRIVAL \/ TIME OF DEPARTURE
You are kindly requested to arrive at our reception\/apartment at the time indicated below.<\/p>\n

On the day of your departure, you must vacate your room\/apartment by the time indicated below. Failure to meet this deadline may result in an additional night being charged.<\/p>\n

It is recommended that you use the “Comments or Additional Information” box on the reservation form to advise of your estimated arrival time, especially if it is late.<\/p>\n
